NOTICE OF CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT AGREEMENT
Important changes to your account agreement – This is a notice of changes to the agreement of the account(s) you have with us. Your account(s) will be governed by the revised terms of the agreement below. The effective date(s) are indicated below. If you continue to have your account(s) after the effective date you have accepted, and agreed to, the modified account agreement.

COMMON FEATURES CHANGE: Effective date: 11/1/2025
The fee for placing a stop payment on a check or other item will increase from $25 to $30.

STATEMENTS SECTION –
We are reducing the number of days you have to alert us to any unauthorized signatures or activity found in your account from 60 days to 30 days. If you do not report these issues within the new 30-day timeframe, you cannot assert a claim against us on any items in that statement and the loss will be entirely yours. This change is designed to help us detect and resolve potential fraud or errors more quickly, and to protect your account from further unauthorized activity.
YOUR DUTY TO REPORT OTHER ERRORS OR PROBLEMS SECTION -
We are also reducing the time allowed to report other statement errors or irregularities from 60 days to 30 days.
What This Means for You:
You now have 30 days from the date your statement is first sent or made available to you to report any of the following:
- Unauthorized signatures (including forgeries or counterfeit checks)
- Alterations on checks or other items
- Errors such as encoding mistakes or incorrect deposit amounts
- Issues with endorsements or other irregularities
If errors or issues are not reported within this 30-day period, you will bear the full loss. This change is designed to help us detect and resolve potential fraud or errors more quickly, and to protect your account from further unauthorized activity.
