All New Online Banking

We know you have a lot of choices on where to bank, and we don’t take that fact lightly. We appreciate your business and continue to strive to bring you the most up-to-date, secure products on the market. 

On May 21, 2018 we will unveil our new and improved Online Banking!

With the newly redesigned product there are some changes and initial login information you will need to access your accounts.   We have outlined below information we know you’ll find helpful. 

  • The USER ID will remain the same however at the time of conversion it’s being converted in all lower case. Your user id, although the same, must be typed in lower case.
  • A new password will be required as well. The conversion one-time, temporary password will be the last four digits of your social security number (or Tax Id if you’re logging in as a business).
  • After entering your user id & one-time password, you’ll be prompted to input a new password, and then answer new challenge questions.
  • If you’re a MOBILITI only user, you must login to the website and complete the login information before you’ll be able to use the mobile app. Your mobile app won’t work until you’ve done this.
  • If you’ve saved our online banking as a favorite be sure you go to the Online banking login at www.ponyexpressbank.com. After you log in you can save the new path as a favorite if you’d like.
