Liberty, Missouri — February 1, 2026 — Pony Express Bank, a family-owned community bank headquartered in Liberty, Missouri, announced today that Kevin Page has been promoted to Executive Vice President, effective February 1, 2026.

In his expanded role, Page will provide executive leadership across the bank’s core functions, including finance and asset/liability management, strategic planning, lending oversight, operations, technology and innovation, risk management, and leadership development. The promotion reflects the bank’s continued focus on long-term leadership continuity, internal talent development, and preparing the organization for sustainable future growth.

He has also played a central role in advancing digital banking capabilities, improving internal efficiencies, and aligning technology investments with the evolving needs of customers and staff.

“Kevin has earned this role through trust, integrity, and performance,” said Scott Page, President and CEO of Pony Express Bank. “His leadership has helped strengthen our financial foundation while positioning the bank for the future. As a family-owned community bank, we are committed to thoughtful, long-term stewardship and local decision-making.
